How long to lose weight/get tone?
I had a baby 3 months ago and am carrying about 25 pounds more than I would like to. I recently joined a gym and met with a trainer to get some basics down. He has me doing about 20 minutes of cardio and then 2 sets of exercises on about 4 upper body and 5 lower body machines. I’m not terribly worried about actual weight loss, but more so the actual way I look. As long as I’m tone and not jiggling, I’ll be happy. Any suggestions how to speed up the process?
do 30 mins of cardio instead. nothing higher.
do situps and pushups at the most random times when youre not doing anything. suck your stomach in when you have nothing else to do, it helps aha. seirously it does =P. drink green tea, arizona or sobe. it boosts metabolism like crazy. therefore losing fat and faster digestion. which also means you can eat more muahaha =P and burn a lot of calories when youre not doing anything
